How To Accept Christ as Savior and Lord

Realize Jesus loves you:  John 3:16

Realize you are a sinner:  Romans 3:23

Repent of your sins:  Romans 6:23 and Luke 13:3

Confess and believe that Jesus will save you:  Romans 10:9-10

Place your faith and trust in Christ:  Ephesians 2:8-9 and John 14:6

Call on the Lord to forgive you and save you:  Romans 10:13

Pray and ask the Lord to save you.

Prayer Example

"Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner.  I believe You are the son of God and that you died for me on the Cross, paying the price for my sin.  I believe You rose from the dead on the third day.  Jesus, I repent of my sins and turn to You as my Savior and Lord.  I give my life to You; my past, my present, and my future.  I invite You into my heart and ask You to forgive me.  Thank You for coming into my heart right now and saving me.  Thank You for loving me enough to die, and rise again, so I might live with You forever in Heaven."
